Facilitator Training
The skills used in successful facilitation are directly applicable in nearly any endeavor one may pursue, beginning with awareness: being in tuned to the health of participants, what resonates, what may be too confronting. Being aware when to be quiet, when to let the group discussion emerge organically, being proactively silent - allowing the conversation to follow its natural, positive course. These are skills that grow with use and last a lifetime.

Building and Maintnance
The Team Solutions staff also builds and maintains many of the activities we use. Co-founder Greg Affleck built the FIU Challenge Course in the mid-1990s and has managed that facility since.
