With many adult groups, and these in particular, they often need to be reminded how good they really are, how committed co-workers are, how the source of conflict is a shared commitment to excellence and to the cause. Our programs provide an opportunity for groups to reminded themselves who they are, what they are, and what they are committed to achieve.

People could be told how great they are, they can be told all of this, but realizing it for themselves, through the natural process of a session, is powerful to witness.
