Corporate Events

Team Solutions will design a specific program that works within your organization's logistical considerations and physical challenges, while addressing your needs and concerns. The results are yours, your goals, your interests and your successes. Everyone can participate, be challenged, involved with the team's achievements and enjoy themselves regardless of their physical capabilities. Team Solutions conducts programs nearly anywhere including hotels, parks, beach sites, conference centers, home offices and warehouses. We have working relationships with several locations throughout Florida and the country including the state of the art Kovens Conference Center and the friendly Wolfe University Center on the Biscayne Bay Campus of Florida International University. Every program is quickly paced, robust, fun and valuable, leaving participants in action, empowered and committed to each other and their organization's vision.

Team Solutions Florida, in cooperation with Florida International University's TRAC Ropes Course and the Kovens Conference Center, has developed an online Team Building program using the Zoom Platform. As with all of our programs, the specifics vary according to the needs of our clients including start times and duration, program content and the number of participants.

We touch on everything that team oriented programs cover including but not limited to communication, leadership, conflict resolution and personal bonding. Add to that the challenges of strengthening your personal connections while navigating a new, remote, virtual/home environment.

Ropes Courses

TSFLA has close working relationships with professional ropes courses throughout South Florida and around the United States, as managers, builders, trainers and facilitators. Bringing your organization to an outside location is an excellent investment in their success. Greg Affleck built and still manages the TRAC Ropes Course at Florida International University (TRAC online Brochure) where Clay Goldstein is the lead facilitator. They manage and maintain the team programs and ropes course at Goldcoast Camp in Lake Worth and can be found on facilities throughout South Florida including FIU and FAU . Enjoy the water? We have team oriented kayak programs ... you can have an air, sea and land adventure all at once.

Youth Programs

Team Solutions designs programs that relate to anyone young and old. This includes sports teams, youth clubs, religious congregations, school retreats, birthday parties, or just friends looking for a fun and unique day. Tucked within the fun and exhilaration of a Team Solutions program, young people experience a new world of possibilities including achieving unpredictable results, going beyond their comfort zone, self discipline, giving one's best effort, cooperation, communication, leadership, conflict resolution and respecting others and themselves. If you have a group of people, then we can design a program that's fun and valuable.

Beginnings

Bring your group together at the start of a class, beginning of a retreat, preparing for a new project, before a grand opening, merging departments or companies. Jump start the process of group bonding and familiarity as co-workers meet each other with a Team Solutions program as their shared experience.

Continuations

Companies and organizations who have been together for awhile benefit from taking a moment to assess the state of the company and the indivudals who make it a success.

Team Solutions programs are a perfect way to rejuvenate an organization's attitude and momentum. Groups identify tendacies that effect progress and realize, once again, why they are an exceptional team.

Completions

They say you should celebrate small victories....and large ones too. Team solutions knows how to celebrate the completion of a training, project, semester, birthday, or any other cause for celebration. Let your team work to succeed at our challenges and you could see what's needed conquer the challenges your world will certainly throw at you.

Full Day

Full day programs are planned for five or more hours. They include more of everything depending on the specific design of the program and the goals of the group. We can arrange for lunch or the group can make these arrangements on their own. If you're on a ropes course this also means more climbing...

Half Day

Multi-Day

Any program under four hours is considered a

half day. A group can fit a valuable event into this time period with time for introductions, specific challenges that meet the goals of the organization, one climb at a ropes course and an all important final wrap up review of what was discovered and what is next.

Team Solutions has options beyond the few hours of our team programs including overnight retreats, multi day explorations and on-going success and accountability coaching solutions to help solidify the gains and commitments made during our program. Most leave team oriented programs inspired. We want to provide the resources to remain powerful and in action for the weeks and months that follow

Greg Affleck

Greg Affleck built and manages Florida International University's TRAC Ropes and Experiential Learning Center.

Greg builds, inspects, and designs Ropes/Challenge courses, and develops a wide variety of team oriented programming throughout Florida and the USA. Over 25 years of team building experience grew from an extensive adult and juvenile therapeutic background. He brings a wealth of life experience to his work, including past and present involvement with US Olympic Sailing and work with special needs students for Dade County Public Schools.

Clay Goldstein

Clay Goldstein was introduced to Ropes / Challenge Courses and experiential learning about 15 years ago at Tim Eberle's Leadership Ranch in Southwest Missouri. He was Greg's lead facilitator at FIU's TRAC ropes course until Florida Atlantic Universal recruited him to lead their Challenge Course into a new post Covid era. Clay creates and contributes to programs across South Florida and around the country. In the evenings Clay can be found on stages performing with Blues and Rock and Roll outfits, and developing visual arts projects in the community. He headlines the 2022 Niagara Falls Blues Festival in September with the Otis Cadillac Band.
