single large events, virtual sessions, celebrations and milestones.

While some locations are more comfortable than others, our programs can fit in any space, anywhere: a classroom, business or park - a meeting room or the beach, face to face or virtual, a challenge course facility or a board room.

When we first looked at “Team Building,” from the inside, behind the curtain, so much more was there than just building teams. Some teams are, for the most part, built. After experiencing many of the team building variations available, from niche concepts to basic bonding and team events our appreciation for what is possible has grown exponentially.

Our “Team Laboratory” packages are built around focused, experimentation with participants in the dual roles of subject and scientist.
Targeted, effective team building techniques are used to address each group’s intended results, while creating a safe environment for the unpredictable, the common, and the unacknowledged.
Participants are actively engaged, gaining an ownership of their participation and their results, with clear evidence of what works and the challenges ahead.
Challenge Courses
Veteran Challenge Course builders lament that they don’t build many Challenge Courses anymore. They Build success courses.
They are correct.
Our Challenge Course programs are accessible to individuals regardless of their physical condition, age or experience.

We are not therapists, doctors or social workers, but professionals in these fields have used the safe environment created during our programs to reach places traditional office/group settings might not be able to.
Big Events
Time and logistic may just allow for a single, blockbuster event.
We got ’em. Racing boats built in an hour, constructing bridges, racing self-made carts, go-carts. Charities, causes - lets create something never done before…
Virtual/Zoom
COVID required organizations to rethink, modify in person norms to continue their work. Many methods still have applications, post COVID.
Our virtual programs utilize many of the initiatives that we do in person, modified for the virtual space.
Workshops
We’ve been doing this a combined 45+ years. Training others, is integral to the mission. We take the programs we give.
And we are always looking for others to join us. It’s the best job one can have, on the way to the next job they have - even if that next job is this job.
